Why does Enable Business Solutions Limited need to collect and store personal data?

We collect information about you when you request a product demonstration; download marketing collateral such as reports; request further product information; submit a product/service enquiry; invite us to pitch for business; participate in a survey or enter a competition; or register for an event.

We collect  information during conversations or correspondence with Enable Business Solutions Limited representatives, when you purchase products or services, or from a designated entity within your business.


Our aim is not to be intrusive, and we undertake not to ask irrelevant or unnecessary questions. Moreover, the information you provide will be subject to rigorous measures and procedures to minimise the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure.

Data retention

Enable Business Solutions Limited will use its discretion to ensure that we do not keep records outside of our normal business requirements. The following is a list of our retention periods:

  • Prospect marketing: 3 years from last date of contact

  • Client marketing: duration of contract with client plus 3 years

  • Client file: in accordance with the terms of agreement with the client

Third parties

We may pass your personal data on to our service providers who are contracted to Enable Business Solutions Limited in the course of our work with you. Our service providers are obliged to keep your details securely, and use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf. Once your service need has been satisfied or the matter has been closed, they will dispose of the details in line with Enable Business Solutions Limited’s procedures.

Google Analytics

When someone visits our website we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, this information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will highlight this. we will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Transfer outside of the EU

We use US product, Mailchimp, for mailshots.
