Revenue Manager will ensure that all fee earners accurately complete their time recording capture by transforming fee earner time-recording behaviour with incentives and penalties compelling fee earners to comply.

The Problem

Ensuring all fee earners always record their activity in a timely and accurate way is the perennial problem of all law firms. But why should the many pay for the few?

Our Solution

Revenue Manager works with fee earners to support them in accurately completing their time recording capture by proactively assisting them to locate missing time by investigating their diary and document management system. Should the fee earners still fail to complete their time recording then the system will provide escalating warning messages and override other applications so requiring these fee earners to submit their data.
